The Practice of Self Care and Lesson from the Game

Lesson that I learnt from playing WoW Life or adventure, that it can’t be all time high, we need that quality downtime to recharge That’s akin to dopamine overloaded. We get exhausted. We should be taking some time off for self-care. As much as we like the game, that’s good also to spend some time to prepare a mindmap system says to organize the adventure and collection planning. We could also go for preparation, reading up article having the understanding on how things works, and how adventure are connected. Spend the down time wisely to prepare, and to organize. I’m sure that guarantee a better gaming experience next round. Have you practise Self Care today ? Take some time off playing the game, looking at ourselves, check for health, fluid intake, good rest, and good food, physical well-being as well as mental well-being.
